The Evolution of Our Open Studios - 20 June 2026

One of the most rewarding things about opening the doors to Atelier V&A is watching the community around it evolve.

When we first imagined Open Studio days, we saw them as an opportunity for people to experience our collections and step inside the world we had created. What we didn't fully anticipate was how diverse the conversations would become.

Over time, we've welcomed homeowners planning renovations, collectors searching for art and objects with soul, creatives exploring collaborations, designers discussing hospitality projects, founders looking for a place to launch new ideas, and people simply searching for something that brings beauty into everyday life.

Sometimes that conversation becomes a custom furniture piece. Sometimes it becomes a collaboration. Sometimes it is a Hills & West blazer that speaks to someone. And sometimes it is simply an exchange of ideas over coffee.

What ties everyone together is a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, story and thoughtful design. A love for the details. An admiration for local makers and the human hands behind what we create.

The Open Studio has become far more than a showroom. It has become a meeting place. A space where ideas are shared, friendships are formed and creative paths unexpectedly cross.

Each conversation adds another layer to our growing family of creatives, collectors and appreciators of beauty. And while the pieces themselves matter, it is the people and stories behind them that make this journey so special.
